Our peaceful, rural location means that methods of public transport are very limited. The nearest bus stop is in the village of Lanivet (approx. 2 miles away) Buses run hourly and the service stops early in the evening. The nearest train station, Bodmin Parkway, is approximately 5 miles away; there are usually accessible taxis at the station, but we can book one in advance for you if required.
The town of Bodmin is located 5 miles away with banks, shopping centre and pharmacies. There are 3 out of town supermarkets (Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda( 24hours)) a 10 minute drive away with cashpoints.
We are happy to discuss any individual requirements you may need during your stay. Our website provides photographs of our cottages and further information. There is general information available about accessible places to visit in Cornwall.
